Q1. Will I receive the same product as shown in the picture?

A: Yes. You get the high-resolution, watermark-free digital file exactly as shown in the preview (minor color differences may occur due to screens).

Q2. How do I download my files after purchase?

A: Instantly after checkout via the Order Confirmation page, by email, and anytime from My Account → Downloads. Can’t find the email? Check Spam/Promotions or contact us.

Q3. What license is included?

A: Personal and commercial use for your own projects and end-products. Not allowed: resell/redistribute the original file, upload to stock sites, or claim as your own.

Q4. Do you offer refunds or returns?

A: Digital downloads are non-refundable once delivered. If a file is corrupted, duplicated charge, or wrong item, we will replace or refund—just contact support.

Q5. File format and size?

A: Usually JPG or PNG, high resolution (approx. 3000–6000 px, 300 DPI) unless noted on the product page. Need a custom size? We can help.

Q6. Can I use AryaShop images for POD (Print-on-Demand)?

A: Yes, if you add your own design/elements. Uploading the original file as-is to POD or stock platforms isn’t allowed.

Q7. What payment methods do you accept?

A: Razorpay (UPI, cards, netbanking) and major international cards, depending on your region.

Q8. Where can I view my invoice/receipt?

A: Email copy is sent automatically. You can also download it from My Account → Orders.

Q9. How can I contact support or request a custom image?

A: Email us at arsyashop2025@gmail.com (replace with your actual email) with your order ID and requirements. We reply within 24–48 hrs (IST).

Q10. Will items be restocked if marked “out of stock”?

A: Our products are digital—they don’t run out. If a listing is paused, it will be back soon; contact us for access.
