  • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) is required for all returns.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines.
  • Customized or personalized products.
  • Digital products or downloadable software.
  • Gift cards and vouchers.

3. Refund Process

  • Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will be automatically applied to your original method of payment.
  • In case of payment via Razorpay or other payment gateways, the refund timeline may vary depending on the bank’s processing time.

4. Exchanges

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • The customer will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning the product unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
